Brian's Beach to Beacon Run for Day One 2019

Thank you so much for supporting me in the past.  It's not about me. I am running the 2019 TD Beach to Beacon 10K to support Day One and their mission to improve the health of Maine by providing substance use, mental health and wellness services for youth and families. I've run this about 10 times now we are making a difference.  So many of us and our families have been affected by substance abuse, or we can all think of someone who has been affected.

Think of someone that would be better off with help from a professional and donate with them in mind.  I know it's easy to ignore all the donation requests we've been getting lately.  I get them too. Help these kids by donating now, please.
