Building Bridges, Inc. was born out of a desire to empower Black and Brown girls by exposing them to STEM education and building STEM confidence. This equips them with the knowledge and self-confidence to pursue what they are passionate about in the world of STEM and beyond. We believe that it is important to fill in the gaps by “building bridges” that will empower young girls to embrace endless possibilities because our core values are EXPOSE, EQUIP, and EMPOWER.

Now more than ever, your donation MATTERS. As we continue to grow our partnerships with local schools and community youth organizations, your support is needed to offer more STEM programs and events during out-of-school time and summer camps, group mentoring sessions, and STEM field trip experiences.

Why Your Donation Matters?

With your generosity, we will be able to:

$25: Give self affirmation bracelets to 25 girls

$50: Provide materials for our hands-on STEM experiments

$100: Sponsor a girl to attend a STEM workshop/program

$500: Support a STEM field trip experience

Your support helps us provide hands-on STEM learning experiences to Black and Brown girls. Every donation, no matter the size, propels us closer to our mission of exposing Black and Brown girls to STEM education and building their STEM confidence. Your contribution isn't just a donation; it's a catalyst for positive change.
