Nicholas is an absolutely precious, tan and white, Beagle/Basset mix puppy that has found himself risking being surrendered to a southern Virginia shelter due to no fault of his own. An accidental birth, his current family can no longer keep him, but needs our help so that he can, at barely 11 weeks old, avoid the shelter. This would put Nicholas at great risk, as he is not old enough yet for all of the shots he would need to remain safe and healthy in what is most likely a loud, crowded, low-resource, low-foot traffic shelter, and puts him at greater risk for sickness or even death.
