Systemic Racism also known as institutional racism is a form of racism that is embedded as normal practice within society or an organization. It can lead to such issues as discrimination in criminal justice, employment, workplace practices, business, housing, healthcare, education, politics, entertainment, sports and neighborhood communities. It is important to recognize, effectively address and correct- the harmful effects, hardships and setbacks that systemic racism has imposed on Marginalized people and Marginalized communities for centuries, throughout our domestic and global society.

The Commission to End Systemic Racism (TCTSER) is a grassroots institution and organization advocating and working to create purposeful, impactful and effective awareness, education, accountability and reform on systemic racism, racial discrimination, racial inequalities and economic disparities experienced by Marginalized people and Marginalized communities.
