In honor of Head Coach Jim Ellis' 75th Birthday and his 51 year legacy of breaking barriers and records in competitive swimming, the team is launching the Jim Ellis Legacy Fund. This fund will be focused on expanding PDR Swimming's current programs and creating a sustainable future for the organization so that Jim's legacy lives on for years to come.
All proceeds will support the team in covering expenses relating to pool rental fees, training equipment for the swimmers, travel costs for swimmers and coaches, and professional development for our coaches and staff. Additionally, with your help, we can continue to increase access and inclusion to aquatics safety education and the sport of swimming for local children of color. By investing in the mission, you are helping to cultivate the athletic talent and academic advancement of local youth.
