Every child deserves the chance to make something of themselves, and they cannot begin this journey while worried about their next meal. Most people do not realize that hunger in the U.S. is a concern for some of our youth. In Las Vegas alone, there is approximately 90,000 children that suffer from hunger. While there are school programs that feed the children during the week, there is not a program that takes care of them over the weekend. The 'Serving Our Kids Foundation' assists in covering the gap by providing bagged food to approximately 4,000 children. This fundraiser is to help increase the SOK Foundation's capacity and outreach by serving even more children in need that are in our community. You can make a difference with a small contribution so that our community's children can have a greater chance at becoming something, rather than worrying about their next meal.

The Leadership Henderson Class of 2024 is on a MISSION
to raise $1,000,000 for the Serving Our Kids Foundation
and our Feeding Their Dreams campaign.

Our goals include:

- Building Serving Our Kids community awareness and what we are doing to help food-insecure children in the valley

- Creating, developing and fostering long term community partnerships so they want to become annual sponsors of Serving Our Kids

- Growing Serving Our Kids events every year
