Empowering childs future

I warmly welcome my friends, family, and anyone who, by chance or curiosity, found their way here and is reading these words. This message is for you.

A few years ago, I felt lost, unsure of my purpose. For reasons unknown, the universe led me to Uganda, Africa, where I discovered Africa Ewaka and Miamore. I am profoundly grateful and happy to have found this incredible organization and to now be part of it.

When I arrived, I didn’t realize how deeply these children and their community would impact me. I discovered my purpose: improving the educational system and supporting these kids to shape their own future.

At EWAKA, we don’t just focus on conventional education. We empower the children to learn practical skills for their future and encourage them to explore hobbies like dancing, singing, creating art, or playing instruments. These activities help them express themselves, build confidence, and release emotions. We believe developing their emotional intelligence is just as important as academics because it’s a key part of life and future success in any career they choose.

I’ve learned that true help is not about giving a fish but teaching how to fish. For these children, education is the key to dreaming big and becoming leaders. Today, I ask for your support to help them.

We support 40 children in Kampala and 24 in Kasese, from primary school to university. Tuition, uniforms, and transportation costs add up quickly, but with your help, we can ensure they continue their education and pursue their dreams.
