The Hope through Housing Foundation has been quietly changing lives across San Diego County for decades. The nonprofit provides critical support services for children, seniors and families at 19 affordable living communities operated by National CORE – and is expanding to four new communities in the next year.
During this year’s San Diego Gives community campaign, we are seeking donations of $50 to purchase 100 Welcome Home kits for new families moving into our National CORE communities. Each kit is packed full of household essentials for setting up what for many is their first-ever stable housing.
