Soleil's Fundraising Page for CII!

I'm fundraising to support the children and families of the Children's Institute! 

This is the first-year CII is participating in this event, and I have a personal goal of raising $1,000 to replenish the "Relief Funds for Families" to support families in crises. Families that we have supported in the past have experienced crises such as unexpected death, eviction, job loss and so forth. The purpose of this fund is to help families during a period of significant disruption or crisis and it is intended as “bridge” support that is limited in level and duration, but that will assist the family to resolve the crisis.

As the leader of the Volunteer & Community Engagement department, we are responsible for distributing these limited funds to support families. I have seen firsthand how these funds can bring relief and build capacity for families during a vulnerable time in their lives.

Donation timeline: Early giving starts on Thursday, September 12th, and the campaign ends on Thursday, September 19, 2024!
