The Glynn Community Crisis Center, Inc. provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and their children through the operation of five (5) distinct programs: Amity House, which provides safe emergency shelter and operates a 24-hour crisis hotline 912-264-HELP (912-264-4357) ; Children’s Program, which assists the children of clients providing various age-appropriate activities, counseling referrals, and help with school enrollment; Hope House, a transitional living program designed for clients with housing barriers; the Housing Assistance Program provides clients’ assistance by quickly obtaining safe, permanent housing; and Outreach Advocacy, support for non-residential clients and domestic violence prevention education in Glynn and McIntosh Counties. These programs exemplify GCCC’s vision of caring for victims of domestic violence and its commitment to empowering victims to become survivors.
