John Gentry Service Dog

Hi, my name is John Gentry. I have had several surgeries on my knees and my neck  and currently need back and shoulder surgery.  I typically can't walk very far without my legs giving out and going numb. Sadly, my current dog is reaching his older years so it's time for a new service dog to help me with my multiple conditions that effect  the numbness, balance and pain. issues. The folks at New Horizon Service Dogs, provide dogs for people like me at no charge, while the actual cost per dog is $25,000.00 for training. They only ask that we help by fundraising donations to their facility. I hope that you can help. T.hank you
