When young children experience trauma, there is a relatively short window to prevent it from becoming a serious problem.
Every $1.25 offers one more minute of mental health care for homeless children in San Francisco.
Help us reach our goal of funding 222 hours!
Every minute counts.
Your donation will help fund the Homeless Children’s Network Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) and Ma'at programs.
HCN clinicians use culturally relevant, community-based techniques for enhancing verbalization, promoting coping abilities, encouraging self-expression, and helping children to articulate conflicting emotions. The techniques include storytelling, art, games, toys, and group play.
