Through farming and hands-on education, Hawai'i Institute of Pacific Agriculture (HIP Agriculture) takes a regenerative approach to land stewardship that honors indigenous wisdom, local food sovereignty, and the transformational power of giving back to the Earth. Located in beautiful and historic North Kohala, HIP Agriculture operates a non-profit sustainable farm that cultivates traditional Polynesian crops and provides nourishment to the local community.
