Citizen Advocacy is a social justice organization directly responding to the social devaluation of people with developmental disabilities.

Citizen Advocacy of Atlanta & DeKalb’s mission is to promote and facilitate a growing number of citizen advocacy relationships that provide protection and advocacy for people impacted by disability discrimination.

Citizen Advocacy of Atlanta & DeKalb envisions our local community providing the care for and access to the good things in life for its citizens through relationships built on dignity, respect, and care.

Citizen Advocacy works to Cultivate Caring Community through initiating and supporting advocacy relationships, building a more inclusive community through education, and modeling care centered around our neighbors with developmental disabilities.
