Whether you’re alumni, parents, or community supporters of the performing arts, our students at Bear Creek High School need your support!.  It takes approximately $150,000 per year to run the Bear Creek High School Instrumental Music program.  School budgets supporting instrumental music continue to decrease while costs continue to increase.  Program fees make up around 20% of our budget; the rest comes through fundraising and sponsorship. This year, we need to raise approximately $125,000 and I’m asking for your help.  

A contribution to the BCHSIMP will help us give our students the opportunity for the best experience regardless of their financial situation. When you sponsor our program, you are providing:  

• Meals for students at camps and performances 

• Instructional coaching during the school year

• Music to perform and other curriculum materials 

• Instrument/equipment repair and replacements 

• Transportation to competitions and performances  

• Entrance fees for local and state competitive events 

• Awards to honor our outstanding students

• Honor band and orchestra opportunities

• Concert wear and uniforms to help students look their best  

• Support to offset program fees for students in need
