Wyman amplifies youth leadership, elevates social connections, and expands opportunities for young people who face economic and systemic barriers.

Our Beliefs
We are experts in working with teens and young adults, and we have an unrelenting belief in their power to positively shape their world. We believe every young person has talent and potential, needs healthy connections, and deserves equitable opportunities. We envision a day when all young people in America thrive in learning, work, and life.

What We Do 
Wyman is a local organization with a national impact. Our direct service programs serve more than 1,600 young people each year. We extend our reach through partnerships locally and across the country to serve more than 3,000 young people in the St. Louis area, and more than 30,000 young people across the country.

We create, deliver, and distribute proven programs that help young people build life and leadership skills, establish healthy behaviors and relationships, and achieve educational and career success. These programs include opportunities for community service; social, emotional, academic, and leadership skill building; postsecondary access and support; and team building, adventure challenges, and building relationships at camp. 

We partner with organizations and schools in over 30 states, training and guiding partners to deliver our programs to teens in their communities. We fiercely advocate with youth for equity, fair policies, and humane practices across systems that impact the education, well-being, and opportunities for young people.
