One Step Beyond, Inc.

To provide dynamic, responsive programs that engage the goals, talents, and interests of individuals with intellectual disability and empower them to achieve their dreams of optimal independence, enriching social networks, and effective participation in our community.

One Step Beyond, Inc. has been a part of the community since 2003, and today we serve more than 500 individuals who have intellectual disability, and their families. Our Life Skills and Employment Programs help our program participants learn how to live independently, seek and maintain employment effectively, and achieve greater social participation in their communities. Our Sports, Fitness, Recreation, Fine arts, and Performing Arts programs engage and develop the talents and interests of our participants, empowering them to set and achieve goals.
