The Valley of the Sun J (The J) builds connections to the Jewish Community in a setting that enriches physical, mental, and spiritual growth. The J is the place where we come to be All. Together. Better.

Our four main program categories, Fitness + Aquatics, Sports + Leagues, Kids + Family, and Adults + Seniors, allows people of all ages access to The J’s life-changing programs and services.

From School's Out with Shemesh to the Alison Hendeles Early Childhood Center to Parkinson’s Programming to Fitness Center, we have something for everyone at The J – to workout, to play, to grow, to engage.

This program provides exceptional childhood development through its access to learning, socializing, playing, and building skills to ensure every child can grow into their full potential.
