LEAD Professional Development Program: 9 month member only program high potentials and middle managers who are interested in elevating their career to the next level
Executive Leadership Forum: Executive Leadership programs are designed to appeal to high-level executives by offering events and programs in a close-community format to promote women in executive technology roles and they run quarterly.
GREATMINDS: An outreach program to help young girls become interested in technology. The GREATMINDS Program bridges the gap between industry and schools (students, educators, and parents) by establishing community programs and groups focused on reaching out to young girls. Scholarships are part of our Outreach programs.
Mentoring: DFW*ATW fulfills its goal of integrating Mentoring - for the mutual benefit and enrichment of each member - into meetings through a round table session.
Women in Transition affinity group:
DFW*ATW launched the GREATMINDS initiative more than ten years ago as a step to fulfill its mission of encouraging women and girls to enter technology fields. GREATMINDS (Girls Reaching for Education about Technology and Moving in New Directions for Success) is an outreach to encourage young girls to pursue careers in STEM through community programs. Our mission is to inspire and educate young girls to learn about opportunities in STEM, especially disadvantaged and low income students. Funding to support scholarships, camps, one-day events, after-school programs and more, is needed.
