You May U.S. was founded to help Chinese women newly arrived Chinese women thrive in the U.S.

You May developed a unique bilingual magazine to help Chinese women deal with challenges including culture, career, parenting and self-growth. We share inspiring stories of successful Chinese women in the U.S. We provide tips to decode American culture and we help create a support network. For many of our readers, this is the only periodical they can find written in their native simplified Chinese.

In the summer of 2014, we published our 1st issue magazine, which has reached Chinese women across Michigan, New York, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and it encouraged us to expand our efforts to help more women.

In the fall of 2022, we launched new website and webshop to allow creators and entrepreneurs in the Chinese women's community to demonstrate their art work and products, this includes creations from Chinese women's children. You can support us by purchasing from You May Webshop. 

You May is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization staffed entirely by volunteers who share a common desire to help Chinese women in the US. We are an energetic team, working together to share, grow and make a difference!
