Wild At Heart is dedicated to the conservation and preservation of Arizona's native wildlife through the rescue and rehabilitation of injured, ill, and orphaned birds of prey, relocation of displaced raptors, species recovery programs, public education and habitat enhancement programs .

2018 - Partners in Conservation Award from the the Sierra Club Grand Canyon Chapter for the WAH's Burrowing Owl Relocation Project
2015 - Special Achievement Award from the International Festival of the Owls in recognition of Wild At Heart's ongoing work with its foster owl program, its habitat-oriented program for relocating Burrowing Owls, and its breeding program to help reintroduce the endangered Cactus Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl into Arizona.
2014 - Greg Clark of Wild At Heart won the Cox Conserves Heroes award and $10,000 for Wild At Heart's acclaimed Burrowing Owl Project.
2011 - John Muir Association Conservation Award for Wild At Heart's Burrowing Owl and Cactus Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl conservation, habitat, and captive breeding work.
2008 - The North American Bird Conservation Initiative and The Association of Joint Venture Management Boards Bird Conservation Award was presented to Wild At Heart by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Director Dale Hall. This award recognizes unparalleled accomplishments in bird conservation at the national/international and local/regional scales. 2008 - Wild At Heart's Burrowing Owl Project received an Award of Merit in Environmental Stewardship, SRP Award Category, at Valley Forward's 25th annual Environmental Excellence Awards celebration. Valley Forward's Environmental Excellence Awards program is Arizona's oldest, largest and most prestigious competition for significant contributions to the environment.
