TAKE ACTION AGAINST POVERTY!

West CAP is your Community Action Agency!  We have been loyally serving the entire St. Croix Valley and beyond, serving nine counties in west central Wisconsin with poverty-fighting programs.  

We work to provide opportunities and programs that relieve the hardships of poverty, support personal and family development, and promote economic opportunity. 

We serve ALL four counties in the St. Croix Valley - 
BURNETT + PIERCE + POLK + ST. CROIX
as well as Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, and Washburn!

In 2023, we anticipate over 25,000 of our neighbors in need will come to West CAP for help with: 

• Feeding their family 
• Securing affordable housing 
• Affording their utility bills
• Improving their literacy and job skills
• Making their home warmer and safer
• Buying a car to get to work
• Getting school supplies
• Providing Christmas gifts to their kids
