United Vision for Idaho (UVI) is Idaho's trusted multi-issue network since 1997 dedicated to uniting Idahoans across the state and placing Idaho at the center of a national movement for systemic change that makes social, economic and environmental justice a reality for EVERYONE. UVI reminds us: Rural America is not a political dead end. It's a democratic frontier.

Something powerful is happening — right here in Idaho and across the country. In one of the most politically polarized times in our nation’s history, real people are coming together to reclaim democracy, bridge divides, and build grassroots power that lasts.

At United Vision for Idaho (UVI), we believe: rural communities are key. They’re home to 1 in 5 Americans — and central to creating an inclusive, strategic movement for deep, long-term change.

This is how we win. And you can help power it.

Your gift fuels work that goes far beyond one moment or campaign. It supports:

  • Authentic Relational Organizing rooted in trust, accountability, and transformation
  • A National Training Program to grow grassroots leaders across the country
  • Unparalleled Outreach and Civic Learning that invites people into the work, not just around it
  • Research-backed interventions that meet people where they are and move them toward collective action

UVI’s long-standing relationships in rural communities — often overlooked or misrepresented in national discourse — give us a unique and powerful lens. Our proven model and powerful stories show what’s possible when we invest in people and place.

And right now, you can help bring this vision to life through three powerful events as part of our Democracy 411 Series:

  1. January 6 – Boise, ID | Democracy Dialogs
Featuring Rich Logis (Leaving MAGA) and UVI Executive Director Adrienne Evans, with art installations and a sneak peek at our upcoming documentary on the pro-democracy movement.
  2. January 21st -Show US What Democracy Looks Like | Lincoln Auditorium, Idaho State Capitol
Join organizers and filmmakers in a powerful event that showcases community stories from across the nation — and invites real people to take real action.
  3. May 26th -The Flicks | Screening of “My Omaha”
Followed by a guided conversation on bridging divides and building trust across difference.

Here’s how you can make an impact:

  • Sponsor an event: $500 • $1,000 • $5,000
  • Make a year-end donation to help us meet our $5,000 goal
  • Become a Sustaining Justice Partner with a monthly gift of just $1–$2 a day

Your support powers people, not just programs. It builds the sustained people power our democracy urgently needs.

We're not just responding to a moment — we're building a movement. The systems we’ve inherited are being tested, and so are our values. This is about power — reclaiming it, redistributing it, and rebuilding it where it’s long been denied.

Thank you for standing with us. Let’s rise to meet this moment — together.

About Us:

United Vision for Idaho (UVI) is a pivotal multi-issue progressive network and a trusted movement leader, recognized for its authority in analyzing and understanding the forces threatening democracy. Since its establishment in 1997, UVI has been instrumental in fostering unity across diverse communities. Focused on rural areas like Idaho, UVI champions lasting social justice changes and a democratic future. UVI is guided by the belief that diverse, people-powered movements are essential to preserving and renewing democracy. As authoritarianism further entrenches itself—particularly in rural and economically distressed areas—we confront this challenge through a comprehensive, values-driven strategy that meets communities where they are and invites them into a shared future.  For more visit: uvidaho.org
