The Fringed Campion Chapter of the Georgia Native Plant Society Inc

The Fringed Campion Chapter of the Georgia Native Plant Society, Inc. is a 501(c)3 public charity serving Middle Georgia.  Our mission is to promote the stewardship and conservation of Georgia’s native plants and their habitats, and to "grow" people who love plants and nature. Formed in 2021, volunteers of the chapter offer native plant education to the general public by pitching a tent at local events, offering workshops on topics such as plant ID and propagation, and leading native plant walks at surrounding natural areas.  Fringed Campion Chapter members team with other local organizations not only to create and maintain native plant educational gardens but also to remove invasive plant species from parks and other public lands.  We hope that you will join us at one of our programs or events and donate if you too are passionate about native plants and the role they play in a healthy ecosystem.
