Teen Girls Empowerment Inc®

Teen Girls Empowerment Inc® is a 501c3 nonprofit organization designed to Motivate, EMPOWER, Inspire and help teen girls develop their identity, overcome many of the issues that emotionally affect today's teen girls.   

We will host our upcoming workshop will be hosted in October in collaboration with Vincent Williams: designer and instructor behind the brand Visuvios Crafts™.

Visuvios Crafts™ sells knit and crochet patterns, instructs classes tailored to crafts at all skill levels, and curates Maker Mood playlists to accompany your cozy crafting time. The goal for this Crafty Workshop is to:

⚘ Provide an alternative form of Self-Care & Self-Love using creativity.  

   
⚘ Learn how to use knitting as an outlet to handle stress, e.g., being a good (person, daughter, sister, friend, student, and more). 

⚘ Intro Class to Fiber Arts - Knit up a beautiful one-of-a-kind Headband.

Mission Statement

Our goal is to EMPOWER teen girls by giving them a healthy respect for their self-esteem and self-image through body awareness, mental, physical health, and wellness. In addition, we aim to assist them with navigating life as a teen into adulthood & give them the proper tools to build their confidence, develop their identity and be their very best S.E.L.F through workshops and seminars.
