Solomon's Temple Foundation

STF is the third largest homeless facility for homeless women and children in Atlanta and one of the few that serves male children ages of 11-17.    Since its inception in November 2014, well over 1300 women and children have been served. The ultimate goal is to help transition families to permanent housing while making a generational impact to ensure that the cycle of homelessness is broken.

STF’s mission is to ending homelessness by empowering women and their children to overcome life’s challenges, realize their potential, define their own destiny and become vital factors in the revitalization and sustainability of their community.   In just four short years, the Foundation has opened its doors providing temporary housing and life skills programs and services to equip homeless women and their children to realize economic sustainability.   The needs of homeless women are unique; they are often faced with issues of domestic violence, physical and mental abuse, unemployment, lack of finances, access to quality healthcare, education, and the safety and well-being of their children.
