Richland Carrousel Park

Richland Carrousel Park, Inc. opened August 31, 1991, with the goal of drawing people to downtown Mansfield while creating a safe atmosphere.  The Downtown Main Street area north of Park Avenue is now known has the Carrousel District and our days open or closed significantly affect the downtown customer traffic for all the other shops.  Visitors to the Carrousel range in age from 7 days to 103 years old.

It is a place for families to come together and build memories. Space can be rented for parties . . . including birthdays, scout badge programs, church groups, showers, family reunions, Celebration of Life, Business meetings or holiday dinners, etc.  

Imagine a rainy or snowy day with the children tired of being stuck inside; what can you do?  Ride and enjoy the beautiful carrousel. Sit at a table with something to eat, rock in the provided rocking chairs. Listen to the wonderful music while you watch the enchanting animals and lights. Enjoy a box of popcorn or a slush. The Carrousel is where Happy begins and family memories are made!

 Bus tours come to the Carrousel to enjoy a ride, box lunch or locally catered meal, shop in our Gift Shop and visit the other stores in downtown Mansfield.

Private Evening Rentals are available for rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, Celebration of Life, family reunions, etc.  If you can imagine it, we can help you create it.
