Red Line Parkway Initiative

Red Line Parkway Initiative is working to transform Central Texas by creating a backbone greenway connecting Downtown Austin to the northern edge of our region.

We founded in 2017 to empower people to co-create the Red Line Parkway in their loved, home communities. The Red Line Trail and Parkway will be a core part of our region's mobility & parks infrastructure—serving recreation, arts, affordability, social equity, physical & mental health, public space, and economic needs.
