Coral Reef High School PTSA

The Coral Reef High School PTSA supports the activities and students of Coral Reef Senior High School, a Miami-Dade County Public School. Known as Miami's "Mega Magnet", Coral Reef serves more than 3,000 students each year, making it the second-largest school in the nation's third-largest school district. Coral Reef is an "A" school, recognized as a 2023-2025 National PTA School of Excellence, and routinely ranked among Miami-Dade's Top 20 Public High Schools and the Top 100 Magnet Schools in the country by U.S. News and World Report. 

At "The Reef", students enjoy a complete high school experience that balances the academic rigor of a college-prep academy with the full gamut of activities of a traditional high school. Barracudas have the opportunity to participate in every competitive sport offered in Miami-Dade schools and its student athletes frequently rank among the county and state's best. Barracuda alumni have gone on to become business and civic leaders at home and beyond, contributing to society with the foundational knowledge and skills they gained at The Reef. We could not be prouder of our CUDA NATION!

Funds raised on Give Miami Day 2024 will support the first renovation of the school's auditorium since it opened in 1997, specifically new stage curtains. The auditorium serves ALL Reef students throughout the year, including performances and productions by its award-winning Performing and Visual Arts magnet that includes Band, Chorus, Dance Orchestra, Theatre Arts and Visual Art programs. Because the PTSA supports schoolwide efforts, every Cuda will directly benefit from the gift you make today.
