Peacemakers Inc

The Peacemakers is a grassroots organization that started in 2016 in response to the escalation of violent crime, murders, break-ins, and robberies in Roanoke VA. Our goal is to curb the senseless violence through:

• Nightly community patrols of high-crime areas, coordinated with the police department,
• Door-to-door canvassing to raise awareness of our mission and bring hope to beleaguered neighbors,
• Gaining the trust of people who have lost faith in social services and law enforcement.
