Paws Humane Society

Established in 2009, Paws Humane Society is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a profound commitment to enhancing the well-being of both animals and humans.

Vision: To serve as an Animal Resource Center that unites people and pets, fosters partnerships, and creates solutions to become a no-kill community.

Mission: Paws Humane Society is dedicated to keeping pets out of the shelter system and in loving homes. We achieve this by providing access to affordable veterinary care, pet retention services, humane education, adoption, and other life-saving programs.

Paws Humane Society receives no federal, state or city government funding, and relies upon private support and contributions from our community to fulfill our lifesaving mission. Paws provides many critical resources to the Chattahoochee Valley, but this would not be possible without the support of the community.
