Our Mission is to embrace Christian values for the advancement, benefit and development of women in the local community by providing instruction in computer skills, career-coaching, ESL Tutoring, and engaging in other activities related to the advancement of women in the community.

Pathways, Inc. offers the following free services:

ESL TUTORING

We offer hybrid ESL classes.  Learn from home or join in on the virtual lesson from our classroom. Students will be assessed to determine what level of English, if any, they know prior to attending.  

CAREER COACHING:
We work with job seekers and career transitions.  The goal is to support women in making informed decisions about career development and trajectory, as well as offer access and assistance with various tools that can be used eg. résumés, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles-to meet those goals. Clients can reasonably expect to gain career confidence, insight, encouragement and inspiration.

TECHNOLOGY TRAINING:

Learn how to:

1. use the Internet to get connected to the World Wide Web, stay informed, do your banking, access medical records and more
2. use a computer to create documents, spreadsheets, a database or a slide show presentation
3. set-up and navigate your new phone, tablet, or computer

MY SISTER'S CLOSET:
Our clients may choose clothes from a collection of gently used career clothing from our closet. The clothes are suitable for interviews or office work. Clients may select from any of these items at no cost to them. Some items are also sold on Poshmark to help us purchase books, training material and other necessary supplies.
