Purpose Centered Coaching and Consulting

Our first year at Purpose Centered Coaching and Consulting has been incredible, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our clients, partners, volunteers, friends, donors, and YOU!

FY 23-24 Highlights:

• PCCC met with 25 organizations/individuals/small businesses on who we are and how we support women to be their best selves.
• Provided pro-bono or sliding scale rates for 13 individual coaching clients with the support of 3 professional coaches.
• Raised over $7,200 through Long Beach Gives 2023.
• Our first Mini-Coaching Fair was in September 2023 and we supported 14 women via 30-minute-laser coaching sessions with 5 volunteer coaches.
• Our first Group Coaching Cohort took place from January to March. We started with 15 women with 7 women completing the 8-week group. There were a variety of accomplishments and actions by all of the participants including landing new jobs, getting certifications, moving out of comfort zones, and learning how to ask and receive support.
• We held a festive December Holiday Mixer with 27 attendees, $1,500+ raised, and collected boxes and bins of toys and coats for one of our community partners - Un Mundo De Amigos Preschool.
• Our first online workshop “Expand Your Leadership Presence on LinkedIn for Women Professionals.” was well received and women learned much from our dynamic and knowledgeable presenter Jennifer Darling. 
• Silissa participated in the Academy for Coaching Excellence - Licensed Academy Training. In this year-long intensive training, Silissa was trained by her mentor coach - Dr. Maria Nemeth on how to present key concepts and tools to others. PCCC now has the license to do professional and personal development workshops using the ACE coaching technology and tools to fully support women.
• Hosted Assembly-member Josh Lowenthal’s Women of Distinction Event where several women from the 69th Assembly District were honored.
• Refreshed website, with a new Partner Page coming soon!
