At Osceola Medical Center, we love our patients and our community and we are here to serve both well. We’ve been serving the Osceola community since 1932! And throughout our many years of growth and expansion—which has included the addition of a fundraising arm, a community fitness center, and a new facility—our mission has remained the same: to inspire and improve the health and well-being of our community by combining big-city care with home-town service.

At OMC, patient volumes have increased by over 150% in the past six years. We currently see 50% of our patients from Wisconsin and 40% from Minnesota. This growth, while exciting, has also led to space limitations in our primary and specialty clinics, retail pharmacy, waiting areas, and physical therapy and rehabilitation spaces. Our clinicians and care teams are among the best in the valley, a fact our community recognizes each year through their votes. We are committed to providing timely access to the highest quality care, but we have simply outgrown our space to do this.

We are thrilled to share that we’ve developed a strategic and conservative plan to expand and reconfigure our OMC campus, as well as build out an existing space in Scandia, MN, with a new primary clinic, lab, and retail pharmacy. While we will be applying for several large grants to support this initiative, we cannot accomplish this without the backing of our community and businesses.
