Douglas was rescued from Duplin County NC Animal Control. He was heartworm positive, emaciated, and had an injured eye.  He's now in New York and has been adopted into a wonderful home. Brielle is from large rescue operation we did in the summer of 2024 where we took in 22 kittens and spayed and neutered the remaining 12 feral adults

NCPAS is an active and forward-looking animal rescue based in Nothern New York State. 

Our focus is:

1. Saving dogs from being killed due to lack of space in southern shelters
2. Rescuing dogs from New York City Animal Care Centers from both on and off the euthanasia lists
3. Helping local cats and kittens through rescue and Trap-Neuter-Return

We also help local dogs when we have fosters available.
