Men Having Babies, Inc.

Men Having Babies is a nonprofit organization that provides guidance, advocacy & financial assistance for current and future gay surrogacy parents. It spun off from a program that ran at the NYC LGBT Center since 2005. Over time we expanded to include over 1500 couples and singles worldwide and offer workshops and seminars in a growing number of locations.

The large majority of our revenues are dedicated to providing financial assistance, and in 2014 our Gay Parenting Assistance Program (GPAP) awarded 10 couples and singles a total of about $600,000 in cash grants and free services, in addition to fifty couples who became eligible for generous discounts from over thirty service providers.

We also have elaborate online resources, a directory with ratings and reviews of surrogacy agencies and IVF clinics, a speakers bureau, and a vibrant online community forum.
