The Lymphoma Research Foundation’s mission is to realize the promise of science to eradicate lymphoma and serve the community touched by this disease.

Our goal is to change the future for everyone whose life has been affected by a lymphoma diagnosis. 

The Lymphoma Research Foundation was founded in 1995, and since then we’ve built a community rooted in research dedicated to eradicating lymphoma. By bringing together the promise of science and the power of people, a future without lymphoma is within our reach. Sometimes it’s an insight from a lab. Sometimes it’s a breakthrough in a clinical trial. And sometimes it’s a study that takes years to complete.

Whatever it looks like, research is key in the fight against lymphoma.

That’s why, at the Lymphoma Research Foundation, everything we do begins with scientific research and insights from the world’s leading experts. Experts for each of the more than 100 subtypes of this disease.

But that’s just the beginning. Our Foundation and our community are what transforms our research into so much more: support for a newly diagnosed patient and their family, guidance for a busy physician, or the only website with information on every type of lymphoma and every treatment option.

Research is just the beginning of what’s possible. In fact, when we combine world-class scientific research with the power of people, a future without this disease is within our reach.

The Foundation has funded more than $80 million in lymphoma-specific research, including local partnerships with the Mayo Clinic and the University of Minnesota.

Minnesota supporters are among our most active and dedicated in the nation.  The Foundation also has close partnerships to the state's most prestigious research institutions and world-class lymphoma physicians.  In-person and virtual patient education events and support services are offered year round.   We host an annual Lymphoma Walk at Lake Nokomis (June 7, 2025, 9:00 AM), attracting teams of families and friends, who rally together to have raise funds and support and honor loved ones (learn more at www.lymphoma.org/waystohelp or email dbork@lymphoma.org).  We invite you to join us!
