LTR Ministries is committed to educating white christians about the biblical, historical, and societal impacts of race and racism in America. We have a 5 week class called Let's Talk Race: a Beginner's Guide to Conversations about Race that walks participants, week by week through things like:

• how the social construct of race was created
• what the Bible says about race
• what does it mean for me to be white
• why it's so hard for us to have meaningful conversations about race and racism
• and much more

We provide a grace-filled, gospel-centered, safe place for white people to explore, ask questions, learn and grow. We have learned through the years that many white christians really want to be meaningful partners in these conversations, but they do not engage because they are afraid they will say something wrong and hurt someone's feelings. This means that nothing actually changes because we are not having these very important conversations. We also curate a list of resources for participants that allow participants to continue learning after the class is completed..

In addition to the class, we work with churches to establish long term sustainable strategies and lay led ministries to lead church congregations down the journey of racial reconciliation and justice.
