Lockerly Arboretum is a 50 acre public garden located one mile south of Milledgeville, Georgia.  The centerpiece of the property is Rose Hill, a National Register, Greek Revival home built in 1852.

The mission of Lockerly Arboretum is to inspire an understanding and appreciation of horticulture, nature, and heritage.

The Arboretum is on the Georgia Camellia Trail, is an American Conifer Society Reference Garden, and is home to a Legacy Azalea Garden, as well as a collection of plants from around the world.  Lockerly's educational programs serve over 5,000 students at all levels each year.
