The LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation is committed to enhancing the lives of seriously ill patients and their families throughout San Diego County.  Innovative and therapeutic programs such as fulfilling end of life wishes, honoring veterans, integrative therapies and providing special moments for patients with dementia not only ease suffering and increase comfort but encourage patients and families to engage in positive ways.  When combined with the compassionate care of hospice and palliative care experts, these programs truly enhance quality of life for those in need.
