They learn to hate. And it usually starts with trauma, shame and anger. The best way to disrupt violence is to make sure people don’t fall for extremist ideologies in the first place. But if they do we have to offer a clear pathway out.
Since 2011, Life After Hate has helped more than 500 individuals and families grappling with violent hate groups. We are committed to helping people leave the violent far-right to connect with humanity and lead compassionate lives.
Our vision is a world that allows people to change and contribute to a society without violence.
