Kettle Run High School Band Booster Association

The KRHS Band Booster Association is a 501(3)c organization with the sole purpose of raising money to support the band programs at Kettle Run High School. Each year the costs of the programs are paid by band parents, corporate sponsors and most importantly, by individual contributors throughout our community. 

The support and participation in fundraisers has helped the Kettle Run High School Band Programs achieve Virginia's highest ranking. The band program is an 11-time Virginia Honor Band, and the entire music department earned KRHS a Blue Ribbon School award for the 7th consecutive time.  These titles are only given to high school bands who receive a “Superior” rating at Fall Virginia Marching Assessment and Spring Virginia Concert Assessment.

With the money we are able to raise through this fundraiser, we will be able to purchase numerous props for our next marching band half-time show, purchase several new instruments for the the band program, pay for professional clinicians to come and work with our young musicians, and save for new concert uniforms.  The community's support has helped to make this all possible.
