Join Together Northern Nevada

Every community is touched by alcohol and drug issues.  At Join Together Northern Nevada we believe that only through a coordinated effort with our partners can we make an impact in Washoe County. 

Think of us as the go-to organization for substance abuse related information.  We collect and have access to the latest information on drugs and alcohol. We plan and fund substance abuse prevention activities in the community.  We know how to find help.

When community members come to us with a problem, we take action. For example, the prescription drug round up events were created after a local high school student died from a prescription drug overdose.  His family helped us create and continue the semi-annual events.  Our heroin media campaign was created to education parents about heroin after a local young woman died from heroin and other drug abuse.  Her parents continue to be involved in the efforts.
