It’s Going To Be Ok, Inc. (IGTBOK) was established to prevent, rescue, and restore victims of human and sex trafficking in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond. Founded in the summer of 2014 by Tonya Stafford, a survivor of human trafficking, IGTBOK has been a beacon of hope for countless individuals. In 2015, Tonya's advocacy played a pivotal role in the creation of House Bill 2290, which designated January as Human Trafficking Prevention Month in the State of Texas. This bill was designed to raise awareness and inform the public about human trafficking, encouraging both individuals and organizations to collaborate with state leaders to bring an end to this atrocity.

IGTBOK operates a Human Trafficking Safe House, a secure and undisclosed location in the Dallas Metroplex area. This safe and structured home environment is tailored to meet the unique needs of trafficking survivors, offering a place where they can rediscover hope, receive unconditional love, and find the strength to dream again.

As a survivor-led, trauma-informed, and trauma-centered organization, IGTBOK provides essential housing assistance and victim-centered care. Our holistic services include counseling, education, job readiness, outreach, prevention, recovery, stabilization, and healing. We are committed to serving high-risk young adults, women, and their children, offering them the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives.
