Ingersoll Gender Center celebrated our 40th Anniversary in 2017 and are proud to be one of the oldest and one of the largest trans and gender nonconforming people led organizations in the country. We envision a world that nurtures healthy communities free from violence, centers self-determination for all people, and celebrates all gender identities and expressions. Ingersoll values courageous authenticity and radical inclusivity, an anti-violence approach, compassion, empathy and solidarity across communities. We are focused on being a space for transgender and gender nonconforming people to find community, access resources, and address issues of economic injustice and a lack of gender affirming healthcare access.
