The Humane Society of Southern Arizona is dedicated to compassionately serving pets and the people who love them. As a nonprofit fueled primarily by donations, we could not do our work without you!

In fiscal year 2023, donors like you helped sustain these lifesaving programs:

❤️ Pet Adoption: We found families for 2,864 pets whose former people could no longer care for them!

❤️ Reuniting Families: We returned 208 lost pets to their grateful owners!

❤️ TNR: We facilitated the trapping, spay/neutering, vaccination, and return of 2,586 feral or community cats!

❤️ Keeping Families Together: Through our low-cost medical and vaccine clinics ang pet-food distribution program, we helped thousands of pets stay with their families!

❤️ Foster: Our volunteer foster parents provided temporary care to 1,276 pets, from elderly pups recovering from dental surgery to neonatal kittens needing around-the-clock care!

❤️ Education: Our outreach and education team reached over 7,000 children and families through classroom visits and other community-outreach activities designed to promote caring pet ownership and help people stay with their pets.
