Hero Dog Rescue

Hero Dog Rescue is a Georgia-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to saving abandoned, abused, neglected and stray dogs from high kill shelters. We believe no animal should needlessly die without the chance to know life in a loving home. Our 100% volunteer  organization works to place dogs of all breeds and ages in loving foster homes.  While in our organization, all pets receive comprehensive medical evaluation/care and behavioral attention to ensure and support our rescued pets in finding loving adoptive, forever hearts and homes.

Our organization is operated solely on donations from our compassionate supporters.  Donations and solicitations are requested in an ethical, honest, and transparent manner.

During our first five years in operation, we have saved over 2,000 lives.  This has only been made possible due to our animal loving supporters and their generosity.
