Since 1976, Community Ministries has assisted thousands of families through our child development centers, family support programs and crisis center. Our services help families in need live safe, self-sustaining, and independent lives.Our programs include:

Corner Haven Crisis Center - homeless shelter, homelessness prevention and aid

Family Support - Giving Advantages to People

Jarnigan Place - Transitional housing and rental assistance

New Beginnings Learning Center - high quality early childhood education and a 21st Community Learning Center for students grades K-3

STAR Land Academy - a 21st Century Community Learning Center for students grades 4-8.

Through our work at Corner Haven, we are able to empower hundreds of individuals and families to move into stable housing, while helping people develop goals around housing, education, and employment. This is our community's shelter, serving men and women throughout the Kentucky River Region - and we are grateful for your support.
