Mission

The mission of GNCDC is to rebuild and maintain self-sustaining community economic vitality. By vesting industry and other businesses in a broader community development agenda, and by investing in the human potential of the residents within its low/moderate income service area, GNCDC seeks to "reweave the fabric of community".

Programs

Programs include Small Business Development Center (assisting business start-ups with everything from business plan writing to financing; loan packaging for existing businesses), Workforce Development (job referrals and placement; English as a Second Language classes), Industrial Retention (advocating for industrial businesses), Community (holiday food drive)
