Romania is still overcoming the devastation of 40+ years of communism. 

As one of the poorest countries in the European Union, they’re still developing and facing complex challenges like:

• Human Trafficking
• Political corruption
• Disability discrimination
• Poverty and homelessness

Some recent statistics show that:

1. Over 3 million people have left the country in the last 10 years.
2. Almost half of the children are at risk of poverty.
3. Romania is a #1 source country for victims of human trafficking in the European Union.

Good Bureau believes in leaders.

At Good Bureau we believe that rising leaders, committed to their vision, are the key to transforming Romania.

Our role is to help these change agents do more good.

However, a passion to help rarely means that leaders have what they need to make the impact they want. Too often, they lack the resources and community they need to bring their missions to life.

1.  Good Accelerator 

The Good Accelerator is 12-month program that brings concentrated funding and support along with an invitation to join a like-minded community to twelve emerging Romanian leaders. The intensive effort is designed to help them launch a new mission or make an even greater impact where they’re serving already. 

     2.  Good NGO Fund

The Good NGO Fund is a mutual fund for social good. The fund is open for philanthropic investments that are used to provide ongoing support and encouragement to Romanian leaders, their teams, and their missions.

    3.  Good Business Fund

The Good Business Fund is a philanthropic impact investment fund that invests in Romanian entrepreneurs and their businesses to help them grow and make a lasting social impact.
